The VEU Ceiling Insulation Program
Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) is a Victorian Government program designed to help households and businesses improve energy efficiency through discounts and incentives.
Under the program, accredited providers create Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs) from eligible energy-efficiency upgrades. These certificates help fund discounts offered to customers.
The new ceiling insulation activity is being rolled out in stages, with eligible Victorian homes able to access the activity from 1 October 2026.
